Joe is a commercial litigation associate with Winegarden, Haley, Lindholm & Robertson, PLC. His practice focuses primarily on assisting lending institutions of various sizes in their residential and commercial special loans departments. He also specializes in representing taxpayers in the appeal of assessed real property, sales and use taxes before the Michigan Tax Tribunal.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe obtained legal experience working for a mid-size Detroit area law firm specializing in representation of various types of insurers and the handling other types of complex litigation.

Joe is currently active with The Centennial Chapter of the American Inns of Court, which seeks to foster professionalism, civility and education within the local legal community. He is also a member of the Genesee County Bar Association, and sits on the City of Fenton’s Local Development Finance Authority Board of Directors.
