Mr. Lindholm is a Member of Winegarden, Haley, Lindholm & Robertson, P.L.C. and has been with the law firm since 1974. The focus of his practice is income, estate and gift taxation, estate planning, including probate and trust matters, business organizations, business transactions and tax exempt organizations. Mr. Lindholm has represented clients in the United States Tax Court, principally on gift and estate tax matters.

Mr. Lindholm is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (1967) B.A., Wayne State University Law School (1973), J.D., and New York University (1974), L.L.M. in Taxation.
