Donald H. Robertson is a member of Winegarden, Haley, Lindholm & Robertson, P.L.C., and has been with the law firm since 1979. The main areas of concentration of his practice are appellate law, commercial bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and labor law. He is a member of the Appellate Law, Labor Law and Real Property Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Michigan, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Robertson received a BA from Alma College, Summa Cum Laude in 1976, and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School, Magna Cum Laude in 1979, where he was a member of the Michigan Law Review and the Michigan Chapter of the Order of the Coif.
