Mr. Tucker is a Member of Winegarden, Haley, Lindholm & Robertson, P.L.C. and has been with the law firm since 1984. The focus of his practice is commercial real estate, creditors rights, banking law, business formation, business acquisition, business sales, commercial litigation and estate planning.

Mr. Tucker is a member of the Genesee County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Attorney Grievance Hearing Panel, Fenton Township Planning Commission and is currently the Fenton Township Treasurer. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.S., with honors, 1981); Wayne State University (J.D. 1984) and admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1984.
