Mr. Tucker is the Senior Associate with Winegarden, Haley, Lindholm, Tucker & Himelhoch, PLC where he focuses on business formation, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, estate planning, internet law, and real estate law. He has experience representing individual and corporate debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings and has litigation experience representing businesses, lenders, and individuals in a wide range of commercial and civil cases before state and federal courts. Mr. Tucker handles all types of litigation including, but not limited to, contract disputes, collection, landlord tenant, and general business matters.

Technology has long been an area of extreme interest for Mr. Tucker. As someone who runs a business grade network complete with virtual and physical servers in his home for fun, he is one of few attorneys in the area who has the background necessary to truly understand the legal risks associated with the modern technology used by businesses today. In addition to minimizing general technological liabilities and risks, he assists businesses in taking advantage of the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in order to avoid costly litigation.

Mr. Tucker is also well versed in the rapidly evolving area of law which has exploded as a result of online copyright infringement. Whether you are an individual who has received a “Copyright Alert” from your internet service provider or a business looking to protect intellectual property from online infringement, he will understand the issue you are facing in ways few attorneys will.

Mr. Tucker is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western District of Michigan, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western District of Michigan. He is also a member of the Genesee County Bar Association, and is a graduate of Albion College (B.A., with honors) and of Wayne State University Law School (J.D.), where he was a Senior Articles Editor on the Wayne Law Review and Chairperson of the Free Legal Aid Clinic.
